Session Moderator/Anchor
I. Essential Skills
1. The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in hosting live sessions.
2. The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
3. The candidate should have experience moderating panel discussions.
4. The candidate has to facilitate the flow of content that is informative for the live attendees
5. Video Editing is a plus
II. Job Profile
1. Research on the topic of discussion and panelists to be able to drive maximum value out for the attendees.
2. Responsible for end to end execution of the webinar including working with designers and craft mailers ensure each event gets a fair amount of registrations by targeting it to the right segment of audience
3. The candidate should be able to meet daily/weekly targets and should be able to cope with tight deadlines.
4. The candidate will be required to call/e-mail panelists to coordinate for the sessions and make sure everything is at place.
5. The candidate would have to perform basic edits to their videos so that they can be uploaded on Youtube
6. The candidate may have to from time to time dedicate 20% of their time on content writing work as and when its requested
III. Desired Skills
1. Candidate with experience as an anchor would be preferred.
2. Candidates with excellent written and oral communication skills would be preferred.
3. Candidate with prior experience in the educational industry would be bonus.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
