- To build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Travel Agencies, Events Planners, Corporates
- To identify potential customers. Expand the account portfolio by on boarding new accounts and close business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
- Communicate the Sterling Value proposition within the designated sales geography.
- To make impactful sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor's activities.
- Work closely with the Revenue & Central Reservation team to develop promotional material campaigns to support sales initiatives.
- Creating a Potential Pipeline of prospects for MICE and FIT, from Hotel Sales and corporate business.
- Negotiation and Contract agreement finalization.
