AddressAs the Senior Lead for Backend APIs, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, DevOps, SRE, and Cloud Processes, you will play a pivotal role in driving our backend services and cloud infrastructure. This position involves strategic leadership and hands-on management in building and maintaining robust backend systems, optimizing Azure cloud services, and ensuring operational excellence. Your role will demand a deep understanding of cloud architecture, API development, DevOps practices, and SRE methodologies to enhance our cloud capabilities and streamline processes.
Responsibilities- Lead the strategy and implementation of backend API development, Azure infrastructure, and cloud operations, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) deployments, ensuring efficient container orchestration and application scaling.
- Develop and maintain high-performance backend APIs, aligning them with business objectives and user needs.
- Oversee Cloud Operations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of cloud resources.
- Implement and refine DevOps and SRE practices, promoting automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and reliability engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of backend services with frontend and other system components.
- Establish and monitor service-level objectives (SLOs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for backend systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead incident response and post-incident analysis, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures to maintain system integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing system efficiency, reducing downtime, and optimizing resource utilization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in backend technologies, Azure services, DevOps tools, and SRE practices.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in backend API development, cloud infrastructure, specifically Azure and AKS, and operations.
- Proven expertise in DevOps methodologies, SRE principles, and Cloud Process management.
- Strong technical background in Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, and API development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and cloud-native technologies.
- Solid understanding of security, scalability, and high availability in cloud environments.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex technical projects and guiding high-performing teams.
