. Accountable for on boarding physicians with excellent CSAT
. Maintain physician profiles across functions/domains.
. Track/manage audit plan based on the physician performance for the PODs. . Accountable for completion of a specific performance improvement effort. Some examples of the project are improving productivity/quality/utilization/FTE per CP with tangible/measurable improvement.
. Ensure client agreed SLAs and metrics are met with the right accuracy levels . Provide functional support and direction to reportees by analyzing business metrics trends, potential issues and escalations, client feedback and business strategy/goals.
. To assist the Management in start-up of new projects
. Identify automation opportunities to impact efficiency & delivery quality
. Ensure systems development integration with strategy
. Educate & drive adherence to Compliance policies & initiatives across the functions managed . Enforce & support on PHI & HIPAA compliance across the accounts handled . Update & keep abreast on the regulations, statutory changes & any other such client market mandates /changes impacting business ( IKS/ Client)
. Special Project over-site as applicable
. Auditing outcome & training feedback confirmation . Monthly team 'huddle' with structured, agenda at least month - include sharing positives and opportunities and specific target goals for coming months (next in line are clear on how to implement, monitor, result - monitor weekly by Revenue Leader)
. Support and Improve Performance of team members and at the account level through constant tracking, feedback and Coaching. . Is responsible for achieving the key performance metrics for the account.
. Identify and retain probable exits across the account through well defined retention management strategies. . Ensuring high engagement levels in the team through various ESAT initiatives . Ensure Timely recognition of performers across the Account and Teams
. Drive succession planning for the account across all levels
. Ensuring a Learning culture through Training program coverage at all levels as per development plans for his/her account/department designed in the Career Architecture.
. Creation and Updation of programs through constant training need identification and execution under the planned development plans. . Ensuring that all programs planned for Self Development are completed.
. Ensure smooth onboarding and engagement of the new hires in the process most importantly during the first 6 months at IKS.
. Ensure clients/customers satisfaction through:
1. Project/RCA implementation
2. Relationship Management
3. 100% client engagement through proper governance and reporting 4. Proactively identifying issues that impact delivery and business and course correct.
5. Timely management of client escalations.
. Manage the Budgeted Headcount. Needs to ensure manpower allocation basis the budgeted headcount per physician.
. Efficiently Manage the P&L (aspects defined as per KPI / KRA on Revenues & Operating Efficiency) for the customers assigned
. Add timely invoice preparation and tracking deviations to invoice numbers month on month along with quarterly ops rev and cost projections
Qualifications:
. Any medical degree MBBS,BHMS,BUMS,BAMS,BPT,BDS is preferred
. A postgraduate degree such as MPH, MHA, MBA would be desirable
. Six Sigma and Project management Certificate will be desirable (All relevant medical degrees)
Functional Competencies:
. Good knowledge of the VS process work flow is a must
. Knowledge of Scribble (Must) & EHR (Preferred)
. Candidates with proficiency in MS Office & G suite is a must
. Knowledge of feedback and coaching along with experience in mentoring will be preferred
