What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead a team of 10+ data engineers in defining the architecture for a public cloud-native data analytics platform.
- Assist the team with best practices and advanced troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the data governance team to ensure data security standards are met.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and implement technical requirements.
- Manage cloud-native warehouses and AWS cloud environments.
- Enable organizations to leverage data and transition to a data-driven model.
- 10+ years of experience in defining architecture for data analytics projects.
- Hands-on experience in performance tuning and advanced troubleshooting of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) jobs.
- Experience in managing a team of 10+ data engineers.
- Hands-on expertise in AWS cloud and Snowflake.
- Experience in supporting large data pipelines and exposure to Agile framework.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
