WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• People passionate about working with data, domain knowledge and business processes.
• Someone who can constantly deliver data using automated capabilities meeting quality standards.
• Capability to coalesce and present complex data sets to different data consumers.
• Experience working in cloud-based (AWS) tech stack that includes Databricks, Spark, Airflow, Python, and Scala.
• Expertise in data warehousing, data modeling and SQL in Databricks lakehouse.
• Proven working experience in building real-time and batch data integration pipelines integrated with CI/CD processes

• SAP BW/HANA expertise is beneficial.
• Someone who is comfortable talking about technical topics with business people and business topics with technical people. Able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences
• Experience worked in agile teams.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient spoken and written command of English
• At least 5-year experience in IT.
• 2 years of experience in relevant area
• 1 year of experience in team management
• Understanding of different culture
• Participated in projects with people from other functions/markets.
