Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in finance and Customer Support
- Strong knowledge of financial products (Insurance/Loans/Mortgage).
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with International Voice Process is a plus

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients in the finance industry
- Assist clients with account-related inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalations in a timely manner
