Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide superior customer service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer queries and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services
- Contribute to improving the overall Customer Care experience
