As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent service, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with various teams to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as required.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
- Assist in maintaining customer databases and generating reports as needed.
- Strive to meet or exceed customer service targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Skills Required
- Previous experience in a customer service or similar role.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Empathetic and patient with a genuine desire to help customers.
- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
Qualification
- Female candidates will be preferred
- Graduation in any stream.
- Udergraduate can apply having 1 year of experience.(mandatory)
- Freshers can also apply with good interpersonal skills.
