Profile: Account Executive/Client Servicing Executive - Mainline Advertising for Real Estate Clients

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our team. As a Client Servicing Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction, smooth project execution, and successful delivery of advertising and communication campaigns while maintaining the timeline. Your expertise in handling briefs, a knack for commercial documentation, supporting the creative team, presenting market research data, and advocating the cause of the brand and the client will contribute to the overall success of the Agency. Your professional communication skills and attention to detail will help maintain strong relationships with clients and within the Agency.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact from the Agency to the Client.
Take briefs from clients and translate them into written Creative Briefs to ensure a clear understanding of the job, deliverables, and timeline of the Creative Team.
Review the Creative Briefs for accuracy and clarity besides providing suggestions to the briefs as needed to ensure they align with the client's requirements and the agency's capabilities.
Guide the Client Servicing Intern and ensure that clear communication is maintained throughout the project.
Coordination and collaboration with the Client Servicing Manager by forwarding processed briefs, ensuring all relevant information is captured and communicated effectively to enable the smooth execution of projects and campaigns.
Regularly check on the progress of the Creative team and provide the necessary support to help them develop their work and address any challenges or obstacles they may encounter during project execution.
Collate available data, jobs-in-progress, and approved jobs and document it systematically for future reference.
Prepare JSRs, and ensure that they are updated regularly and discussed with the Client as per the previously decided schedule.
Make presentations based on market research, interview clients, and stakeholders, and analyzing competition, take feedback, and provide the information to Strategy Team or Creative Team as required.
Maintain TAT for each project and ensure timely delivery to clients and coordinate with Studio / Production and Creative Teams for smooth flow of work and adherence to TAT.
Function as the convener of meetings by ensuring all participants are aware of the time, place, digital platform, and agenda.
Ensure all technical aspects for conducting meetings are functioning. Document the proceedings of the meeting and create Minutes post-meeting to be shared with all.
Maintain a well-groomed and well-dressed professional look always, as you are the face of the Agency to the Client and the world outside.
Be the first person to raise a red flag and alert all concerned whenever something goes wrong.
Should be able to assess the Clients perception of the Agency regularly and provide proactive inputs to Agencys Senior Management.
