-As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, is persuasive, and can handle customer inquiries effectively.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products/services.
2. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
3. Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
5. Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
*Qualifications:*
1. Excellent verbal communication skills.
2. Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
3. Ability to handle objections and close sales.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
6. Positive and resilient attitude.
