- Communicating with customers via phone and email.
- Speaking to customers to understand their goals and requirements and providing inputs to the business and product teams
- Solve issues, questions, and concerns
- Ensure all the commitments to the customers are met by coordinating with various internal departments
- Maintain accurate data of all aspects relating to the customers
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Empathy to understand customer needs and pains
- Experience in communicating with customers on phone, email, chat or SMS.
- Writing clear and concise emails and very good at using other communication channels
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, start-up environment
