We are Hiring CX Associate for leading Travel Industry in Madurai!
Responsibilities:
● Engage with clients to understand their travel requirements, preferences, and specific needs before their trip. Provide expert guidance and suggestions to create tailored travel itineraries.
● Collaborate with clients to plan detailed travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and other personalized services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
● Offer customized solutions and additional services based on client preferences, such as special accommodation, dining reservations, tours, or other unique experiences.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates, addressing queries, and fostering strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
● Ensure all travel-related documents, such as tickets, itineraries, visas, and insurance, are accurately prepared and communicated to clients well in advance of their trip.
● Conduct thorough quality checks to guarantee that all pre-trip arrangements meet company standards and customer expectations.
● Collaborate with other teams, including sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure a seamless handover of information and exceptional service deliver
Requirements
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Candidate from Airline Industry would be added advantage.
Skill set: Mandatory - Communication (English), Customer handling, Escalation handling
