Customer Service - Voice (International Process)

We are looking for candidates for our client (MNC - BPO in Chandigarh-Panchkula) with strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information. He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high quality standards and superior service levels.

For Domestic Process (English Voice/Chat) - CTC Monthly ranges from 18000 (freshers) to 21000 rs (subject to relevant experience).

For International Process (English Voice/Chat) -CTC Monthly ranges from 28000 (freshers) to 31000 rs (subject to relevant experience). This will be night shift process only.

This is 5 days working with 24*7 process., so shifts will be rotational in nature.

Apart from salary, there will be performance linked incentives.

CAB Facility is provided subject to terms and conditions of the company.

- Understand customer queries over phone or chat (subject to the process in which candidate is selected)

- Take appropriate steps to resolve customer's problems

-- Communicate effectively and close the loop with clients in case of observations

- Meet process expectations with high quality standards and adherence to defined guidelines
