Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager with a strong background in UPVC, Window, and Aluminum Door sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our sales operations in the designated areas of Bathinda, Amritsar, Jalandhar, and Chandigarh. The primary focus will be on developing and maintaining a strong client base, particularly with architects and key stakeholders in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UPVC, Window, and Aluminum Door market.
2. Market Research:
· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
· Conduct regular market research to identify potential clients and assess customer needs.
3. Client Relationship Management:
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other key influencers in the industry.
· Leverage existing architect databases and expand the network to increase brand visibility.
4. Sales Team Coordination:
· Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure effective communication and achievement of common goals.
· Provide coaching and mentoring to the team for professional development.
5. Customer Satisfaction:
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely response to queries, efficient issue resolution, and continuous improvement of service delivery.
6. Reporting:
· Prepare and present regular sales reports, including progress against targets and market feedback, to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in UPVC, Window, and Aluminum Door industry.
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Extensive knowledge of the construction industry in the designated areas.
· Existing database and connections with architects and key industry professionals.
· Ability to travel within the designated areas as needed.
