Job Description

Sales Strategy -  Implement Sales Strategy in Zone and Plan for business growth


Target  Deployment  -  Formulate the Sales targets for different channels of Independent Market Aftermarket  to improve Market Share in Zone


Product Portfolio Management  - Deploy National Sales Programs for all Products to achieve desired Sales product Mix 


Receivable Management  - Manage Turnover and Share of Business to have desired receivables for Business 


Workshop Business Development - Plan Workshop Business Development in Zone for Secondary Turnover Growth


Retail Sales Management  - Promote sales from Secondary and Tertiary Trade levels to generate demand for Business in Zone


Customer relationship Management  Execute Visits and meetings to develop a Customer relationship for Business development and Customer Sucess
People Development  -  Guide and Direct Team members for Employee Sucess for Business Growth.


Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech  , MBA will be an advantage


7-10 years of experience in Aftermarket Sales, preferable from Automotive/Automobile/FMCG industries. 


3 + years of experience in Sales Management and  Workshop Business Development
3 + years Experience in Channel /Distribution  management
