Job Description :-

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to handle customer queries & provide appropriate solutions within the time limits. The candidate should be fluent in English & Hindi & interact with customers through crisp and clear communication.

Responsibilities :-

  • Managing incoming calls, messages & emails and Customer Service inquiries
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve complete customer satisfaction
  • Diligently answering queries posted by customers on social media
  • Interact with customers through crisp and clear communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers
  • Handle customer complaints & provide appropriate solutions within the time limits
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Make calls to customers to confirm orders/answer queries as required
  • Do grievance redressal for customer complaints
  • Ensure no complaints are escalated on any social media platform
  • Prepare picking & delivery data as per orders received
  • Coordinate with operations for correct dispatch of orders as per invoice
  • Follow up with Delivery Partners to ensure timely delivery & control Undelivered rate
  • Handle Walk-In customers at the Experience Centre on as is basis

  • Patience when handling tough cases

Job Types :- Full-time, Contract

Salary :- ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
