!!! JOB DESCRIPTION OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE AT TORERO SOFTWARES LIMITED!!!
We are looking for an enthusiastic support executive who is patient, empathetic, and has the art of building long-term relationships with clients via its excellent communication skills. Your responsibilities for this role will be;
📌 To provide training to our customers regarding our software, accounts, and GST in an efficient manner.
📌 A certain level of comfort with handling telephone calls and an active listening style along with an ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
📌 Ability to troubleshoot and investigate if they don't have enough information to answer customer questions and solve their queries even going above and beyond to satisfy customers.
Full-Time: 1-3 years exp.
Education: You should have finished graduation with a background in Commerce. (For Eg. - Bcom, BAF, BMS, etc)
Location: 📍 Lower Parel East, Mumbai
Timings - Mon To Sat, 10 am to 7 pm
