Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive Social Media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and target audience preferences.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for various Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with our audience on Social Media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our Social Media presence and reach new audiences.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Social Media ad campaigns to promote products, events, and initiatives, while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key Social Media metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Generate regular reports to assess performance and inform future strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Social Media, incorporating relevant insights into content and campaign strategies.
- Brand Guidelines: Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all Social Media channels.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to align Social Media efforts with broader business goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in Social Media management, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
- Proficiency in using Social Media management tools and platforms, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise copy for Social Media posts, ads, and captions.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, with the ability to curate engaging multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret Social Media data and metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with followers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to adapt to changing trends and technologies in the Social Media landscape.
- Experience with Social Media advertising and familiarity with ad targeting, bidding, and budget management is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for Social Media optimization (SMO) is preferred.
