As a Creative/Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visually stunning and effective design assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and Design:
Develop creative concepts and design solutions for various projects, including branding, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and web design.
Translate creative briefs and ideas into visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creation, to understand project requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive and consistent design across all platforms.
Graphic Production:
Create high-quality graphic assets for both print and digital mediums.
Prepare files for production and collaborate with printing vendors when necessary.
Brand Consistency:
Maintain and enforce brand standards to ensure consistency across all design materials.
Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of brand guidelines.
Adaptability:
Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
Adapt quickly to feedback and iterate on designs to meet project requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
2 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
