Who could you be?(Experience and Background): The Corporate Sales and Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving QuitSure's growth by identifying potential corporate clients, developing relationships, closing the deals and onboarding clients to our product, ensuring their employees or users have access to our leading smoking cessation solution.
What you will be doing here:
- International Corporate Sales: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients. Proactively sell QuitSure app licenses to corporates, insurance companies and wellness platforms.
- Brand Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic brand partnerships to enhance QuitSure's market presence and value proposition.
- Deal Closing: Efficiently manage the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closing, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Corporate Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for corporates, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of QuitSure's solutions into their wellness programs.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and clients through regular engagement, updates, and support.
- Account management: Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates, renewals and invoices. Generate progress reports for clients and leaders within the organization.
- Presentations, Webinars and Conferences: Conduct compelling presentations, online webinars, and product pitches to articulate the value of QuitSure to corporate decision-makers. Attend Healthtech conferences to build relationships with potential partners.
Competencies required for this role:
- 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales, or account management


- Proven track record in negotiating and closing deals, as well as establishing and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Dynamic, self-driven personality with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proficiency with common customer success and CRM software, such as -Gainsight and Salesforce.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
