Address- Manage and oversee the accounting, reporting, and audit process, including accurate and timely financial reporting, managing the month-end close process, preparing, and reviewing the general ledger, ensuring compliance with IFRS/ Ind AS and regulations, preparing financial statements and getting them audited and manage company secretarial work.
Main tasks and responsibilities (not limited to):
Accounting: Ensure accurate and timely accounting as per IFRS/Ind AS. Close books of accounts on a monthly basis.
Reporting: Report monthly figures in company software, prepare monthly schedules after general ledger scrutiny, report sustainability figures.
Stat audit financials: Prepare entire financials as per IFRS/Ind AS, including notes to accounts, CARO reports.
Audits: Facilitate all kinds of audits like Statutory audits, group audits, internal audits, have knowledge of internal financial reporting (IFC), CARO etc.
Company law: Co-ordinating with the consultant on a periodic basis.
Process improvement: Drive the company towards simplification and automation.
- Manage and coordinate tax audits.
- Maintain tax balances on general ledger.
- Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests.

Essential Qualifications:
- CA Inter/ Degree preferably in Accounting/ Finance
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/Indi AS and audit regulations. Should love accounting and auditing.
Essential Experience:
- 5 years of experience in handling accounts & audits.
- Prior experience with a reputed MNC-company and audit firm would be preferred
