Job Description-
1)Create Branding content for new as well as existing brands.
2) Assist in creating marketing plans, advertising, online and offline marketing campaigns.
3) Support the marketing team in delivering day to day activities.
4) Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, broker meets and exhibitions.
5) Liaise with bloggers and influencers and organize concept shoots.
6) Arrange the effective distribution of marketing collaterals.
7) Maintain and update customer databases.
8) Conduct market research and monthly audits.
9) Work with external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online /offline activities.
10) Assist team with data interpretation and analytics.
11) Brainstorm, research and write PR Articles for real estate and as per company requirement.
12) Write daily content for marketing team requirements - creative, videos, news articles, social media.
13) Plan and execute - social media campaigns content from idea conceptualization till creative deliverables.
14) Assist in on site marketing requirements - hoardings support, sales team support, CRM support - Possession etc.
15) Research and suggest recent trending/innovative ideas in content marketing
16) Write monthly real estate blogs.
17) Assist and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.
