Key Responsibilities
E-commerce strategy and implementation: Collaborate with the e-commerce team to develop and execute effective strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets
Product management and optimization: Manage product listings and ensure accurate and up-to-date information across all online platforms
Digital marketing and customer acquisition: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and social media advertising
Analytics and reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer behavior, and sales trends
Customer experience and support: Monitor and enhance the customer shopping experience by ensuring a seamless ordering process, responsive customer support, and timely order fulfillment
