oResponsible for business development
oHandling sales, marketing and business development, customer techno-
commercial services activities
oResponsible For Sales generation for the Adhesives, Catalyst, Thermosetting
Resins(Unsaturated Polyester resin, Vinyl esters), Glass Fiber, Mold Release
agent, Core materials
oComplete understanding of all the products and services offered
oRespond to sales queries of prospective customers
oFollow through with customers for collections and ensure collection targets are
met on a timely basis
oProvide daily reports to leadership
oIdentify new opportunities and pursue them with new (lead generation) and
existing customers
oAnalyze market trends / requirements, and recommend changes to leadership
for future opportunities
oExpand the product / service offerings to increase the market share
oAction and own the business plans laid by the leadership to meet defined sales
targets
��Customer Relationship
oAddress and resolve customer queries and concerns
oPeriodical visits to customers to seek feedbacks, suggestions and future
business opportunities
oCommunicate new product launch to customers through mailers / sms.
