The Team
As a member of the Operations Transformations team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals. The team essentially consists of specialists and Subject Matter Experts in Infrastructure Sectors like Transportation & Logistic (Aviation, Railways, Ports & Integrated Logistics), Energy And Resources, Industrial Infrastructure, Roads & Highways, Urban Transport, Water Supply & Sanitation, etc. , government policies, regulations and governance; public service delivery such as public health, education and skill development. Infrastructure practice supports and works with various ministries and departments at the Central & State Government levels. Our clients include infrastructure players, private equity players, government bodies, public sector organizations, and various multilateral and bilateral agencies.
Our professional services span a broad range including assisting clients in development of sector strategies and policies, market entry strategies, financial / commercial financial viability assessment, project formulation, feasibility assessments, governance and administrative reforms, institutional strengthening, capacity development, organization restructuring, reforms and restructuring, regulatory & policy reviews, accounting and financial management, fiscal analysis, e-governance projects, technology enabled public service delivery, socio-economic assessment, monitoring and evaluation, impact/outcome assessments for Public Private Partnerships, etc.
Deloitte brings an in-depth understanding of infrastructure projects and public sector at all levels-national, state, district, and local levels-gained through years of consistent service to this critical segment of our economy. It is this understanding that allows us to develop advanced thought leadership and contribute as a strategic partner in development initiatives for infrastructure sectors both in the public and private space as well as for public sector in general.
Roles and Responsibilities
Job type: Full time contract
Contract period: 2 yrs (extendable)
Job location: Bhubaneshwar
1 Procurement Expert:
a) Graduate in any discipline and MBA / PGDBM in finance with atleast 10 years of total experience.
b) The proposed Procurement expert shall have at least 5 years of experience of working in a
PMU in Central / State Govt PSUs / Agencies in the field of procurement.
c) He / She shall have experience in procurement of goods, works & services in Government
sector.
2. GIS Expert
a) Graduation in Geography and PG Diploma / Masters in remote sensing / GIS, having total
relevant experience of 6 years.
b) Experience in Geographic Information Systemapplication in Urban planning, Smart City
Projects, Area Based Development Plans, Regional Plan, Sub-Regional Plan, Master plan, Village Development Plan, Zonal Plan and Regional Plan.
