Project Overview:

Palladium has been appointed by the Directorate of Technical Education and Training, Odisha Government to provide technical support for

  • State Apprenticeship Monitoring Cell (SAMC)
  • State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) for implementation of Skills Strengthening for Industrial Value Enhancement (STRIVE) Project.
  • Project Management Consultants (PMC) for implementation projects funded by Odisha Mineral Bearing Areas Development Corporation (OMBADC)/ District Mineral Foundations (DMF).

The scope includes Strategic advisory assistance for procurement, financial management, information technology, infrastructure management, and M&E to foster the Technical Education and Skill Development sector of the Odisha Government

Role Requisites:

⦁ Post-graduation in general Science/BE/ B. Tech with minimum 3 to 5 Years of varied experience in Government sector having comprehensive Knowledge in advanced knowledge of MS office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).

⦁ Excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to analyse issues, diagnose problems and propose reliable solutions.

⦁ Handhold experience on implementation of District Level Program on Skill Development/Technical Education/TVET etc.
