Project Overview:
Palladium has been appointed by the Directorate of Technical Education and Training, Odisha Government to provide technical support for
- State Apprenticeship Monitoring Cell (SAMC)
- State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) for implementation of Skills Strengthening for Industrial Value Enhancement (STRIVE) Project.
- Project Management Consultants (PMC) for implementation projects funded by Odisha Mineral Bearing Areas Development Corporation (OMBADC)/ District Mineral Foundations (DMF).
The scope includes Strategic advisory assistance for procurement, financial management, information technology, infrastructure management, and M&E to foster the Technical Education and Skill Development sector of the Odisha Government
Role Requisites:
- Total 7 years of experience
- Engineering Graduate with Post-graduation (Engineering, MBA, Social Sector etc.)
- Strong background in Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET)
- Experience as Placement Officer / Industrial working experience minimum of 5 years
- Previous work in or with the public sector
- Practice experience with apprenticeship training
- Solid knowledge of apprenticeship legal and regulatory framework in India
- Understanding of modern apprenticeship approaches, including dual training
- Strong communication and networking skills
