### About the Role - Resolve escalated incidents according to documented standards. Guarantee applications availability in accordance of the SLA. - Provide Key Performance Indicators to management. - Highlight any detected anomaly to the Problem Manager and propose solution. - Implement new solutions as per requirements. - Participate in new expansion projects as per customer requirements. - Create LLD (Low Level Design) documents while implementing new solutions. - Share knowledge of newly implemented solutions to other team members. - Manage incidents within Orange Business process and tools; update incident management tools in accordance with the SLA. - Participate in post mortems analysis (i.e. find and document root cause) for every outage that had an impact on QoS. - Help in the reduction of repeated incidents. - Help improve the Quality of Service and prevent repeated incidents. - As part of the change management team, Implement the changes as per the schedule and established quality standards. - Contribute towards problem management efficiently. - Document and maintain procedures. - Proactively check available vendor patches and inform the service delivery team of potential risks or security holes. - Function as a member of a dynamic team supporting a complex and diverse enterprise production environment. - Provide accurate and timely KPI reporting. ### About You - Candidate must have good knowledge & Hands-on experience with CEPH and Netapp Storage. - Good working knowledge of Linux. - Candidate must have good knowledge of storage technologies (HP 3PAR & Primera, Brocade SAN Switches). - Understand the end-to-end technical flow of storage components. - Candidate must be familiar with SAN/NAS, and have good knowledge of CEPH and Primera including installation, tuning, and advanced troubleshooting. - Complete understanding of VMware storage concepts. - Knowledge of Automation. ### Additional Information - Candidate should have a good knowledge of CIFS, NFS, FCP, iSCSI, SNAP Mirror, Snap Vault, Brocade SAN switches, and Cisco SAN Switch.
