We are seeking a skilled and personable Client Communication Manager to oversee and manage client communication across various marketplaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clear and effective communication with our clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. This role requires a strong ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all client communication channels across multiple marketplaces, including but not limited to email, chat, and phone.
- Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to address client needs and issues effectively.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely resolution of client queries and complaints.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates on client communication metrics and trends to management.
