- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Set and implement Social Media optimized campaign
- Setting up of various Social Media channels and maintaining brand consistency.
- Prepare engaging text, image (info graphic) and video content for Social Media accounts.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.

Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience in Social Media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Experience in project handling for clients
- Fluency in English
