Job Overview:
Aravali College of Hotel Management is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as Principal. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, fostering academic excellence, and promoting a positive learning environment for students and faculty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for ACHM in alignment with the college's mission and goals.
- Provide leadership in academic planning, curriculum development, and program enhancement.
- Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality academic programs in Hotel Management.
- Monitor and enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning processes.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the college.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective college operations.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in academic leadership, preferably as a Principal or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
