Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Safety Manager to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and facilities. As a Cluster Safety Manager, you will be responsible for implementing safety policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, providing safety training, and performing safety audits. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
. Proven experience as a Safety Manager or similar role with 4 to 6 years of experience
Knowledge of hazard identification and risk assessment techniques
Familiarity with safety training programs and practices
Experience in conducting safety audits and inspections
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
Proficiency in relevant safety software and tools
Certifications such as OSHA or NEBOSH are mandatory

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for all sites within the cluster
Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards
Provide safety training to employees on various safety procedures and practices
Perform safety audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Investigate accidents or incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Monitor and maintain safety records and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability initiatives
Stay updated with relevant safety laws, regulations, and best practices
