3. Assist in identifying training needs, develop programs & impart training with the support from department heads to upgrade knowledge & skills of employees at various levels.

4.Develop, maintain & upgrade Safety Health & Environment related technical database on need basis for the benefit of business and units, Improve Safety Culture of ABSTC

Help to business for SOP & HAZOP implementation b) Compile data bank for current & future reference c) Update departments with statutory acts, rules and reference books. d) Study Incidents & Prepare Corrective Preventive Action Plan e) Prepare Safety Alerts to avoid repeating mistakes in future.
