Closing Manager
• To handle sales of residential & Commercial projects, explain and show the projects and give presentations to Customers.
• Develop & maintain relationship with clients & Partners associated to promote sales.
• Understand client needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customer for future references.
• To tele-call from database of partners for potential clients site visit and sales thereby.
• Conducting market review / studies and analyzing competitors activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.
• Coordination with various functions / departments at various stages of the assigned
project (like customer service, project heads, legal, accounts, etc).
