- Technology Proficiency : Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in real estate transactions and document management.
- Customer Service : A focus on providing exceptional customer service to clients.
- Legal Compliance : Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, and the ability to ensure transactions are in compliance with these requirements.
