Job Description:
- Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and an in-depth understanding of our services.
- Proactively address client inquiries, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.
- Manage client documentation, including investor and bank-related materials, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, fostering open communication and building long-term partnerships.
- Identify and proactively address potential client challenges, developing and implementing solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams across departments (investments, legal, finance) to deliver comprehensive client support.
Other Skills & Abilities:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Success management, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships and exceeding client expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn relevant industry software.
