1. Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our products/services.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses and communicating with the Troopod team on client needs. Including approvals, emails, etc.
3. Communicate proactively with clients to share updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
4. Collaborate with the internal tech team to gather and share necessary information and resources for client integration.
5. Contacting clients to get content requirements and implementation of the same after working with the design team.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records including making databases, client business performance analysis, and setting up dashboards
7. 8. Generate regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and issue resolution.
8. Should be ready to perform any Ad-hoc requirements from the Troopod Team.
9, Act as a representative in meetings with C-suite executives, shadowing the business compiling comprehensive meeting summaries, and distributing timely MOMs (Minutes of Meetings) to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on action items.
10. Efficiently handle deadlines and oversee the organization of collaterals for both clients and internal teams.
