- Customer Engagement: Cultivate meaningful relationships with potential A2P SMS buyers, understanding their unique requirements and tailoring deals to meet their needs.
- A2P Carrier Account Management: Oversee and manage the accounts of A2P SMS carriers, ensuring smooth communication, addressing concerns, and optimizing partnerships. You may be given few accounts to nurture, harness and generate business.
- Industry Expertise: Capitalize on your deep understanding of telecommunications to provide valuable insights into market trends, empowering informed decision-making.
- Cross functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly across teams to ensure the seamless integration of new carriers and the efficient management of traffic.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, accompanied by a proven track record of successfully attracting and managing A2P SMS buyers and vendors in the telecommunications sector.
- Partnership Building: Demonstrated ability to initiate and nurture partnerships with prospective A2P SMS buyers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.
- Vendor Acquisition: Proficiency in identifying and engaging potential A2P SMS vendors/carrier companies.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-centric mindset that drives you to understand the needs of A2P SMS buyers and tailor deals.
- Cost Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing costs, rates, and pricing structures, ensuring the financial viability of deals and account management strategies.
