YOUR ROLE :
- Identify the required scale of the resources, securing them and assigning them to individual projects. Key interface towards the product managers / Program Managers within all lines of business to meet the demands
- Ensure cost recovery through optimized resource planning.
- Active recruitment of talent to ensure enough skilled and experienced IT resources are available to deliver data & analytics projects
- Create & manage a multiyear strategy & execution roadmap to drive transformation & efficiency opportunities to creating an inhouse center for analytics leveraging in house and external vendor eco system
- Functional management of the resource pool within the capability center, particularly focusing on talent development, staff planning and Business towers intimacy
- Reskilling based on supply/demand for Data Analytics capability as applicable.
- Perform all aspects of staff managements, management of succession talent pipeline to ensure the next generation of leaders are being identified, coached and mentored - and all other associated line management responsibilities
- Strong self-propelled leadership skills and results oriented
YOUR SKILLS :
- Candidate must have 15+ years of data & analytics development, technical solution architecture design experience with a capability to lead a team of consultants and architects
- Candidate must possess a strong combination of technical and analytical skills
- Proven experience in setting up and managing large scale operations center, Data & Analytics Automation, Governance and Management organizations and frameworks in federated/global/regulated environments
- Define and maintain standards, methodologies, tools and knowledge repositories along with contributing to functional excellence in terms of standards, methods and tools.
- Manages multiple assignments for data engineering and analytics while concurrently fulfilling on-going support
- Proficient in mentoring resources, support them in technical challenges in terms of identifying the right technology or architecting the design.
- Provides technical advisory and support on matters related to the programming modules and third-party interfaces.
- Candidate should have a strong technical ability in Microsoft Azure or AWS
