We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Manager Support
Principal responsibilities
- Provide business management and change delivery supports (for instance migration & offshoring) delivered in all areas of responsibility
- Maintenance of the TFS governance framework, ensuring effective decision making and escalation within the business.
- Entity Management Support – Support with corporate governance, entity management activities including scheduling, preparation for TFS entity board meetings, company secretarial activities
- Communication, Engagement & People Agenda – Support with creation and delivery of the communication and engagement plan for TFS globally, including preparation for town halls, distribution of internal newsletters, coordination and planning for employee training. Help to drive the People Agenda within TFS, including coordination of various initiatives aimed at making TFS the best place to work and driving employee engagement (e.g. social activities, career development initiatives etc.).
- Management Information (MI) & Reporting – Undertake MI and reporting activities, both on a standing basis and ad-hoc with the aim of supporting informed decision making across the business.
- Financial Management Support – Support with analysis of financial charges to ensure TFS budgets are met and financial charges to the business are well tracked and understood
