Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Business Development Manager, located in Mohali district. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, networking with industry experts, conducting market research and analysis, negotiating contracts and closing deals. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or relevant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to network with industry experts and develop strategic partnerships
- Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data
- Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
- Experience in managing a team of sales professionals
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of digital marketing and web development is a plus
