Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ludhiana. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, researching and analysing market trends, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for managing the sales team and collaborating with other departments within the company.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in Business Development and market research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate with other departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the home furnishing or similar industry is a plus
