Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher who is passionate about sales and eager to kick-start their career in the software development industry. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
- Reach out to prospects through various channels including cold calling, emails, and social media to generate leads.
- Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations with prospective clients to showcase our company's capabilities and offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Track and report sales activities and performance metrics regularly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets.
- Prior experience in sales or Business Development is a plus, but not required. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
