BHR is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining relationships with clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to generate leads, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets.
In this role, you will leverage your strong communication and negotiation skills to establish partnerships and secure new business deals. You will conduct market research to identify potential clients, analyze market trends, and develop customized solutions to meet client needs. Additionally, you will provide regular feedback on market developments and competitor activities to inform business strategies and ensure our products and services are positioned competitively.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, preferably in the HR or recruitment industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends.
