- Tapping leads and converts the leads into revenue centers
Required Qualifications:
- Should have 2 - 3 years of experience in IT Bench Sales and Business Development.
- Has good communication, writing, planning and organizing skills.
- Has good network of clients and vendors to immediately contribute to the productivity of the team.
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to roll up the sleeves to do individual contribution work, along with the team.
- Has the ability to market technology consultants to direct clients, tier 1 vendor partners.
- Has good listening and persuasive skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Has good knowledge of visa classification and tax terms (W2 / Corp to Corp / 1099).
