Key job responsibilitiesA Business Analyst role in the Fresh team is a high visibility role who works with multiple stakeholders and teams across the org to derive insights from data and support day to day business decisions. Some of the key result areas include, but not limited to:1. Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions2. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and existing tools. Learn and understand a broad range of Amazon's data resources and know how, when, and which to use and which not to use.3. Work closely with marketing, product, category, customer service, tech and finance stakeholders to understand the business requirements and provide analyses.4. Understand trends related to Amazon business and recommend strategies to stakeholders to help drive business growth.5. Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations that will help shape the direction of the business.6. The ideal candidate actively seeks to understand Amazon's core business values and initiatives, and translates those into everyday practices. About the teamThe Fresh Growth-CX Analytics team is responsible for providing analytics, insights and support to Amazon India Fresh Marketing and Product teams. The scope of this team includes managing weekly/monthly review decks, formulating new metrics, provide visibility to daily performance through automated reports and dashboards, building optimization tools. This is done by liaising with local and global technology teams to get things done through influence and/or with their support. Our roadmap includes long term projects that have quarterly deadlines and sprint projects that are executed in weekly sprints.
