Generation & creation of MIS reports covering Sales (volume & contribution), Fibre & Yarn stock levels at key customers, prevailing prices etc. in the markets of SAARC, EMEA & The Americas
a) Daily stock , price and relevant market updates
b) Weekly Yarn & Fabric contributions
c) Weekly stock statements
d) Monthly India sales segmental report
e) Tracking the performance of schemes and taking updates from regional teams on a monthly basis

a) Coordination for daily sales forecast & planning with Regional sales team
b) Coordination with PP & Logistics teams for daily dispatch planning
c) Assisting Sales teams in supporting with regional performance data , Asking rates for monthly, quarterly and annual targets
d) Assisting in timely execution of dispatch with consolidation of requirements proactively during peak periods.
e) Coordination and updating status for regional initiatives

b) Analysis of trends in pricing, product mix etc for customers on an ongoing basis for taking business decisions by respective Stake holders

a)Assist the Sales Head while preparing annual sales budget plan
b) Tracking monthly / Quarterly Sales performance (Budget Vs Actual)
