The purpose of this role is to Work in an agile and collaborative team, working with a range of business and technical stakeholders to deliver outcomes and value for customers. Apply business analysis skills, techniques, and activities to understand, validate, synthesise, and articulate problems, opportunities, requirements, options, and solutions. Identify opportunities to deliver continuous improvement to ensure the continuous delivery of customer centric benefits. Share knowledge with your peers and drive continuous improvement in scrum teams. What will your day look like This role is accountable for Providing technical business analysis expertise to help deliver initiatives. Developing requirements that are fit for purpose and accurate, display an understanding of the implications to the project or program, and manage the requirements throughout the life of the project. Identifying, supporting, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Developing presentations and documentation to communicate insights and recommendations in a compelling manner, and present regular project updates to the wider team. Ensure quality control and data governance processes are followed. Ensure all services comply with ANZ Group, Information & Insights strategy, policies, processes, and standards and with external regulatory requirements. What will you bring? The must have knowledge, skill, and experience (KSE) the role requires are Previous experience as a Business Analyst. Well developed technology domain knowledge. Analytical skills while being highly organised and adaptable. Positive can-do attitude and an excellent communicator both written, verbal and visual. Problem solver, critical thinker, agile thinker with 2 years practical agile experience (Scrum beneficial). Experience in the creation of user stories into minimum viable increments, acceptance criteria and specification by example. Natural ability to build relationships with stakeholders within the business and technology. Growth Mindset. The good to have knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are Experience delivering work and leading others in an Agile context. Experience delivering data outcomes that drive decision making in a financial services or banking organisation. Data warehousing experience. Problem identification and solving.
