Brand Manager | D2C/Ecommerce Brand
We are hiring for the role of Brand Manager for a D2C Beauty brand based out in Noida.

Role:
As a Brand Manager and a future leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the beauty market.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the brand's visual and verbal identity.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Ideate and oversee the production of marketing communications and promotional materials including design, writing, editing and proofreading copy
- Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands
- Developing the Brand Management strategy to drive topline & bottom-line performance of the Brand.
- Responsible for executing all marketing and branding activities while maintaining the brand focus internally and externally.
- Partner with digital team to develop engaging social media and content strategies to drive D2C sales
- Educate creative team on implementation of best practices and procedures for campaign setup, understanding how to develop creative/campaigns that ensures high deliverability and ROI
- Manage and grow social media presence in house
- Create and curate content to foster community engagement.
- Manage PR articles, editor relationships and organic marketing
- Collaborate with content creators and influencers to develop brand-aligned content
- Co-host events with founders for influencers and media
- Strong command in digital sales on own channel and partner channels such as Nykaa, Amazon, etc.
- Manage various ATL/BTL initiatives to establish brand objective
- Ensure effective media evaluation & planning to attain maximum ROI.
